You don't at all suspect what you posted is not one of those paid military stories in Iraq? Remember, the Pentagon reluctantly admitted it was doing this. It also stated it would continue doing this. On my analysis, your link seemed vague, but it sure seems like one of those paid stories. Please do correct me, if I'm wrong--thanks!
