Sounds to good to be true. Quality RE at $50 psf but it is out there. Shit in my neck of the woods you spend almost the equivalent of $50 psf now when a hurricane blows through and you have to replace your barrel tile roof and large screen enclosure plus make your home hurricane ready for next season<g>..

Probably should learn Spanish to enjoy the culture though. I live around a lot of florida retirees - that is not an option - they barely remember English - you want them to learn a new language? I am convinced as the boomers retire - the will seek a warm cheap climate that is english speaking - that disqualifies many places - but includes a few. Donny Duetch is on CNBC right now saying the ad execs on madison avenue better start marketing to the baby boomers - they have all the wealth unlike the past.
