The Reagan Democrats were proof of Reagan's ability to bring the people together. That is, all but the totally crazed. His contributions are unmatched. He was clearly the greatest president in the past hundred years.

Thats nonsense about carter and reagan. Carter on the bottom and Reagan near the top. Bush sinking below the others as each day passes. Yesterdays the "i am the decision maker" speech re: rummy was pathetic except for that it makes the KLPs of this world feel good. Bush doesnt want to lose the Kool Aid drinkers at this point.
Did anyone read Friedman today? He said he rather would have iran with nukes than allowing this gang who cant shoot strait (not including cheney) to orchestrate action against iran. At first i thought that a dumb thing to say and then i saw bush ranting about being the decision maker in chief. According to Clifford bush is our dumbest president and of course kerry was dumber than bush. How do we get candidates who are honest with us and with themselves? Only pol i know like that is Rudy. He always tells the truth as he sees it. McCain is already floating back to conventional GOP cons. The dems forgettaboutit--still cant find one--maybe zinni will run--theres a general i could support, not at all like wesley clark.
