Note that the U.S. has to buy silver on the open market now even for commemorative coins. My coin dealer friend was certain of the precious metals - Silver would be the best long term hold - he was counting on the open market purchases by various gubbments for coinage was going to send prices skyhigh - he had a lot of silver - bought around 4 bucks I think - but had to liquidate for a divorce - if only he held. Hanke made the suggestion we may be fiddling with china's currency to cause regime change as in the 30's - only then it was by mistake but today it would be by intention - their country is already on the brink of social anarchy eh? 800 million poor people - 8000 riots a year - russ saying pollution at extreme levels.
