I have learned to be a calmer person during my 40+ days of Lent. I don't swear at people when they cut me off in traffic, I haven't rolled down my window and asked the driver next to me just what in the hell did they think they were doing driving while reading the newspaper and while we're on the subject, why are you allowed to drive at all? I haven't thrown my cell phone out the window on the freeway and last but not least, I haven't gently nudged the car in front of me doing 40 in a 55 in hopes of getting their car to move faster or getting out of my way.
