I must admit to getting into it with the woman at the Post Office...we have the "worst" (happy Bob?) PO in the USA, and I said it to the man behind me, and someone who works there heard me, so when I approached the woman, she asked me if I thought they were the worst, and I said "Yes!" Things went down hill after that...
