Hi Taro, Re: VTSS "Fundamentals"......

At this point the "F" word has different meaning. However, as you state, there is a real business here even if Lou and Company had ego attacks.

The question then becomes one of Economics now that the Egonomics have been cancelled. It's a bit hard to determine just where this stock might support itself with the Fan and the Manure still running on High.

My model calls for me to add 55% to my current holding at today's price. I'm holding my breath for now.

Best regards, Tom

Why take them over if you can buy the assets in liquidation? As you point out, there is no senior management team in place. If I were interested I would wait. If I were one of their suppliers I would withdraw their lines of credit and make them pay cash on the barrel head.

Also, the issue going forward will be whether they shipped goods (and counted them as revenues) knowing that they had not been ordered and that they would be returned. These kinds of shennanigans would have happened on the final day of a quarter when they realized they were going to miss their targets.

Look for at least 5 years of earnings to be restated.
