AOL deal was not expensed this quarter, as per their SEC filings.

the 5 million share secondary offering happened on the 31st of march so the dilutive impact of 5 million shares to the EPS was pushed off until next quarter.

Everyone is hearing the news now. Google is cratering as we speak. Once this stuff comes out in news articles over the weekend Google is going to open below 400 on monday.
