AOL deal was not expensed this quarter, as per their SEC filings. Dell deal was not expensed this quarter, as per their SEC filings. the 5 million share secondary offering happened on the 31st of march so the dilutive impact of 5 million shares to the EPS was pushed off until next quarter. What part of "basic math" do you not understand? Everyone is hearing the news now. Google is cratering as we speak. Once this stuff comes out in news articles over the weekend Google is going to open below 400 on monday. I am officially short via puts. This dog is going down, hard. Management has shown themselves to be willing to do ANYTHING to pump the stock. --------- OK, now I'm convinced that not only do you make things up out of thin air, you also are doing it so blatantly now that you are intentionally a parody of yourself.
