There were a great many who analogized the dangers of post-saddam Iraq to a post-Tito Yugoslavia. Nations artificially cobbled together after World Wars. Religious and Ethnic divisions that had been in place for centuries. A dominant, totalitarian ruler holding the pieces together....then suddenly removed.
