But one at a time. The main problem is Islamic Jihad. We don't have many Christians wanting to blow up aircraft and mass murder infidels these days.

To better define the problem, Islamio-Fascism is a symptom of a larget problem, not the root of the evil.

The root of this evil is the reactionary cultural values and societal structures that have changed little in a thousand years, most of all with the tribal power centers that have long since blended into Western secular society.

The Muslim world, in particular, the Arab states, have been cultural backwaters since the Ottoman Turks conquered them. And it will require decades to reverse them to the point where they don't pose an international threat to peace.

And certainly the rise of Wahabbism has retarded the necessary enlightenment of the region. Sure they have oil, which equates to money, but without educational and economic opportunity and freedom, combined with societal tolerance of such new ideals, it's like putting the wheel of a modern vehicle in the heads of a mentally handicapped person.. Sure, they might be able to managed a certain amount of control around the neighborhood, but they don't have the capacity to drive it on a fast moving highway.

Out of fear of being out of control, they may have a phobic reaction that causes them to come into conflict with the other traffic.
