I completely agree, JDN. It's very discomforting not to know if something is wrong (or worse) when someone we've communicated with for years suddenly disappears.

Yes, this is cyberspace rather than the 'real' world. We communicate here as humans rather than robots, though.

Besides Charles, I do wonder what happened to rudedog. He, too, suddenly dropped off the face of SI.

I am 43 and do not consider myself an old timer but I do enjoy and respect the opinions of Mr. Tutt, yourself and others that have contributed to this thread over the years. If you do put some type of contact list together I would appreciate being part of it. Like someone else has said, I don't care if Mr. Tutt is a SUNW shareholder but I do care for him as a person.
