I don't understand how ho can go after those countries who are selling oil at over $70 a barrel. Now if our refiners and distributors are pricing the oil such that the increase is not proportionate to the increase in crude then yes he can go after the gougers. But other than that he has to change his sabre rattling since that is what makes the oil markets nervous and the resulting impact is increased oil prices. It is high time he reduces his emphasis on attacking or even threatening to other countries militarily. That is the one and only way the markets will subside. Otherwise, I think that itt is he and only he who is to blame for the recent rise in oil prices.
