Rock, so do I detect a change of heart on your part? Sounds
like you are now a proponent for government incentives/subsidies
to encourage investment into alternative energy sources.
That is exactly what an energy policy does. 8^)

Rock some additional thoughts...if gas does go to $10 the
inflationary spiral of all products and labor costs would
move in concert with fuel prices. Can you say "inflation"?
As transportation costs go up so does the cost of EVERYTHING
else, including wages and manufacturing expenses. Cheap
energy keeps the lid on inflation.
