John, we all pretty much know how you feel by now so have a beer and relax. People were saying the same thing the administration when Lincoln was president. Invest and be happy.

John Q - you did see the Consumer Confidence numbers I assume and did not allow them to penetrate your frozen mind set. Every possible way? Such comments destroy the credibility of the critic. So far even sky high energy prices have not derailed this economy. Once could say that energy producing states are in out and out boom times. Trying to hire engineering help on the Gulf Coast borders on the impossible. Now - if we would all quit talking about ethanol and work on clean coal we could get somewhere. I wonder what the trade would be if we gave everyone a Prius and quit buying as much oil. Lets see - a million Prius a year at 20K = $20 Billion. If that dropped the price of oil $10 bucks per bbl that would ~$40 billion not spent over seas. Bob
