You would have to google "hybrid charger specs"
or something like that to get the appropriate numbers
for amps and volts .. also your rate of .21/Kwh sounds
real high to me .. I'm paying .13 in Ct and that includes
a .05/kwh fuel surcharge .. But here goes ..

20 amps X 220 volts X 8 hours = 32,000 watts
32,000 watts X 0.21 / 1000 = $6.72 to 'refill' your EV

Since you have 'smart metering' at your location,
check what rate you would be charged for night time
usage .. I'd bet that they'd offer you an attractive
off-peak rate
