Doug, re: but 65nm (shipping by end of H206) uses stage 9 "enhanced SiGe", so it is more than reasonable to assume that stage 8 will precede that in time, and that stage is 90nm with "un-enhanced" SiGe.

About a year ago AMD said all it's transistors are portable between nodes. I'm not convinced any kind of SiGe-based strain will make it to 90nm before end 2006.
