Societies are evolving at a much faster pace now than they were in his days but we are still very stuck in some antiquated systems and ideas. The reach our supremes have to go in stretching the constitution to apply to our current situation is laughable. There is nothing sacred about the document for crying out loud. Lets update it ... A constitutional convention would be a good starting place. How does it feel knowing the Iraqis have a more up to date constitution than we do?
