No Child Left Behind Exposed As Sham, 2 Million Low Scoring Kids Not Counted.

Don't like ABC, here's CBS. Now if you're blind, have someone else read it to you. And remember, almost every teacher in the country hates this program and says it's a waste of time, bad for teachers and bad for kids. The only reason the program even exists is to try to break the teacher's union, and to falsely make GW Bush look like he gives a damn about public education.

One more thing, Bush sold this program to people like Ted Kennedy, but then never funded it. So he gives public schools all these mandates then doesn't pay for it. Typical. So where's the money going? As usual to big oil or tax cuts for the rich.
