Sorry, Clifford. What you say is not true. Doesn't matter whether it is the CBS or the ABC article, however, the CBS article does try to put more spin on it....why am I not surprised?

Hint: All scores are being counted in the overall numbers. 2 Million scores are not being counted in the racial breakdown but they are there in the overall count. Nothing about "Low Scoring Kids Not Counted."

Is the program perfect? No. I've never seen a government program yet that is. Is it a scam? No. It is an attempt to put accountability into the school system...something badly needed.

Who knows? If it had been implemented when you were in school you may have ended up amounting to something.
