Yes, I believe Cheney then Bush will be impeached or forced to resign from office, unless democrats see a weak damaged unpopular GOP president as a better option than having a fresh GOP face in the WH. Meaning, they don't want the 2008 GOP nominee to be president, especially if it's someone reform-minded with no ties to Bush-Cheney. In other words, democrats will decide. One thing for sure though, Cheney has to go and needs thorough investigating and punishing. He is the worst of the lot and may be more responsible for the energy gouging than anyone else on the planet.
