How can we be sure that Chavez is not pulling off some kind of a stunt here? He probably knows that Dumbya has given tax incentives to Americans for buying gas guzzlers. And now, if we don't get gas for even a few months, we are screwed.

It'd be a pleasant memory right now...my usual filling station (a Chevron) is 3.159 for unleaded. My back up place (Shell) is 3.079.
