Al, What's the point of rigid sanctions that hurt the innocent and have no real effect on the regime? And what point were you making about the French supporting the sanctions that hurt the innocent...you can't have it both ways. If force is ruled out, then I don't see any other alternative besides "containment." Which to me is practically equivalent to "surrender" when it comes to nuclear proliferation. Nor you having your red/leather neck tendencies peering through the thin patina of intellect. Right Al.
