Oral, I think the prosecutor in DC has got to charge him with driving impaired. He was observed driving erratically. He had an accident, nearly striking a police car. Officers observed he was unsteady on his feet, had red eyes and had slurred speech. Now, he's admitted to taking medications that night that would impair his driving ability. Public now knows all this. They look like they're giving prefereential treatment to the guy because of his position. If it was you or me, we'd have been cuffed and dragged off to jail. They doan need no steenking breath test to charge the guy.
