Does that mean that after the transition that stage two begins? Then faster and higher highs? It seems to me that we have broken away from stage 1 with the flatter market in parts of 04 and 05 ending stage 1, BWDIK?

Agree with that stance. For all the posturing the airheads in DC are doing it is reality in their best interests(i.e. corporate best interest) to see a weaker dollar. I see asia trying to prop it up and DC trying to flood the world w/$$$$ to force it down. Methinks DC airheads speak with forked tongue. Higher oil/gas/commodities don't hurt zillionaires...it's just another tax on the middle class and poor.
