$4.00/bbl?? Wow, then that would give Synenco a value of over $80.00/share.
1 Billion bbls proven to Synenco.
Approx. 49M shares o/s
Perhaps we're now going to see the juniors get taken out. Any updates on next months SEC ruling on oilsands reserves?

BVIs reserves are not all oil sands are they? How much of that is conventional heavy oil reserves?

4$/BBL of tar sands oil would make it very good deal for BVI shareholders.

Any thoughts on what previous companies have sold at as a comparison? I don't have anywhere to put my proceeds in a hurry so I think I will sit for a while. Imperial Oil were also considered a good fit. If the price is to low I am sure they would look a t making a bid. Non completion fee of 65 million to Shell should not be an problem.
