ROTFLOL - You take the Constitution way more seriously than any Member of Congress probably does. They pass laws and every time there is corruption they pas more laws to make themselves more remote from the electorate. Just look at the McCain Feingold Incumbent Protection Act. They think people sent them to Washington to pass laws. If you can show me one that understands "that government which governs least governs best" and I will be shocked.
