The more pertinent question is what war?

Surely one cannot define the Earths most powerful nation steamrolling a third world backward country a war.

The fact that we are still forfeiting lives and billions of dollars in that God forsaken desert speaks volumes about the quality of our leadership.

What according to you constitutes victory in the Iraq war.

We defeated the incumbent regime, and helped a democratically elected regime take control of the country.
