The Air Force website is actually boasting they will control the weather and you can read Dr. Teller's White Paper for yourself. Plus, if you live in any urban area in the US you can see them spraying at least a couple days a week, sometimes even at night.

It's a top secret project that is totally visible. Fox and USA Today reported on it a few years back, then no more articles appeared.

Air traffic controllers are aware of it... some have even issued protests because they believe it is a hazard to commercial aircraft navigation. I listened to a live interview with one of the controllers from O'Hare airport some years ago and he was pretty upset about it. They refer to it as a military project.

There have been lawsuits (international) that have gone nowhere and laboratory test results that the mainstream media has a blackout on.
