I am noticing the same thing with WCI. Picked up a few puts but may go after JOE instead for the rest. Same general environment and the stock has been bid up the last few days. NAR just released their 2006 forecast. They are sticking to their guns, more or less. This "blip" in sales had better explode upwards pretty soon if they are going to be right. Was at a large contractor oriented lumberyard that specializes in high end roofing and siding yesterday (Wimsatt). They say they have had a pickup in business in the past month, but nowhere near the levels of a year ago. About a third of their staff was sitting around doing nothing. Was also there two weekends ago. We spent an hour there and were the only customers the entire time. Last year we waited over an hour just to get service on the weekends.
