Why would the SEC care about where the oil comes from, so long as the cost of production is annotated in the financials

I dunno; I think they are required to list reserves or something. Ain't important. This is what is important....

Despite looking like crazy, their resource base is depleting 28% , annually, for 5 years. That ain't good.
