Sun, of course you are right that customers don't choose a supermarket by checking their balance sheet, profit and loss etc. Neither do people choose a tyre supplier by the company's dividends.

But you can be sure that a business which is NOT providing those good financial results will NOT be providing a good service [not for very long anyway].
