Is anyone who have the lessons of history listening? There's stability and democracy in Latin America. Money is flowing into the countries and the prospects look good. But there are forces in the background "torpedoing" Latin America. It started with Venezuela. It didn't do the job. Now add Bolivia to the fray and involve Brazil.

It is clear some interference of cunning Europeans manoeuvering in the backgournd. Putting one government against each other. Look to the maps of the Middle East and Africa. Designed on purpose by the Europeans not to work.
