I think Bill hit it. If we are fighting a war on terror, why are we trying to trade with the enemy? And if homeland security is such an issue, why yet another move that effectively is amnesty- -yet again. After the first amnesty, we were assured the gov't would "get tough" on further illegal immigration. You can see just how seriously that has been taken.
