President Bush will address the nation on immigration reform Monday night from the Oval Office.

My reading of what conservatives are saying is that the one non-negotiable position Bush can take is "no amnesty."

But no matter what you call it, amnesty is going to happen. Bush knows it. We are NOT going to deport 11-12 million people. That's not going to happen.
