Bush could have given .... I still think you don't believe that Bush Jr. has been just a pawn in this whole charade of a presidency. ... or he was totally asleep at the wheel. The evidence is all around, from his battles with pretzels to his not reading the papers. Bush was placed in the presidency because they (the Project for a New AMerican Century) knew he would be satisfied with the perks of office and didn't have an agenda, and wasn't about to rock the boat. He really really liked being president, and they didn't mind if he got all the bands playing his song while they got to put their crackpot policies in place. If you had ever seen Bush Jr. as governor of Texas you would know what a complete dufus he really is. TP
