Another candidate for the (honorary) DARWINIAN AWARD winner for '07: Headlined in the Wash. Post on or about 5/31: "A NO-HASSLE WAY TO ROB A BANK, IF IT HAD ANY CHANCE of SUCCESS". Seems that a would-be bank robber drove up to a drive-in window and sent a note thru the teller's vacuum tube (!)demanding cash through the tube !!! The teller simply sent the note back. The criminal then drove away...."escaped" as the article described it, "perhaps to work on a more precisely worded note." He disdained a disguise, by the way, did not show a weapon, etc., etc.. He gets my vote...so far <g>
