Your nuts
THE FMV of YOUR House has tanked!
Just try to sell it!
LOL
try todays quotes not 1 & a half year old quotes.
Zillow.com will inform you of your mistake.

______________
BTW -- the FMV of my house has more than doubled in the same amount of time. Ho hum, more pesky property tax!)

Hello CB, <<I still don't care>>

A most puzzling attitude and I hope it is not because you do not understand, but just due to irrational determination.

So far I have tried to help, by:

Pointing out the error of your logic on Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld, and Rice;

Trying to correct your views on Russia and its Putin;

Highlighting the biblical wrongs of debt;

Drawing attention to the fact that housing inflation is a way to lose by winning, as in paying higher taxes, having self or neighbors leverage up on debt, all just to meet with the eventual real worth and hopefully not nominal value fall;

Relate to you the most likely scenario for the Taiwan puzzle, and

All apparently to no avail.

I try again. Here is the most likely picture going forward:

- house will continue to go down in real worth
- property tax will continue to rise by genuine value
- some neighbors balance sheet will be smashed between debt and interest rate
- cash savings will buy less from far away places
- 2008 will not offer leadership solution that can matter

.. and salvation has 79 electrons spinning around a nucleus, seek it by and by, and pray for its correction; and/or, to be more aggressive,

- sell house and rent
- pay off debt, if any
- exchange proceeds to non-USDs, even if Mexican pesos or gold, but not the Zimbabwe Dollar or the RMB
- wait
- if you like stocks as a class of asset, keep an eye on Zimbabwe Platinum finance.yahoo.com ZimPlat for short , for it will hit bottom soon

- You are most welcome :0)

Chugs, J
