Terrence..you're talking about nukes, but the main source of nuclear material will be (or possibly already has been) the former Soviet Union. Instead of blowing 100's of billions on Iraq, we should have been putting 10's of billions into the former Soviet Union to help them clean up and lock up their nuclear material. We could have also spent a few other 10's of billions to make Russia a strategic trading partner, which would have helped to avoid the current situation which seems to be moving toward a resurrection of the "cold war". This time with Russia AND China facing us as a unified force.
