Bush-Cheney are or will be the #1 most unpopular ever, which is believe 23%, which Bush-Cheney could easily sink beneath. Because they are going to be found guilty of assisting in the biggest looting of the US in history, plus sheer incompetence and recklessness when it comes to commander in chief tasks, total dishonesty and the debt they're dumping on us may take us 15 years to pay off. Prosecutors of corrupt politicians and white collar criminals are going to be busy for a long-long time.
