Let me get the rules straight: 1)Sprite is permitted to rant about anything and everything he considers negative, including partying in his 20s, about Pres Bush; while

2)I must not mention the fact Pres Clinton did not catch binLaden, when it would have prevented 9/11, due to his numerous distractions (legal & otherwise) with Monica Lewinsky?

Are those the guidelines?
