So, I guess some 20+ Democrat senators voted against Dumbya's illegal war, just for fun, eh? Nope! They knew exactly what Dumbya was going to do - run away with vote to attack and invade Iraq. All Kerry needed to do was to listen to Robert Byrd's speech for a few minutes. I caught a few minutes of Byrd on C-SPAN at the end of a day and was convinced that Byrd had realized the bloodthirsty Dumbya and his were lying. Kerry's full-time job is to be a Senator, but apparently he was too busy to listen to Byrd for a few minutes. Feinstein is halfway Lieberman. It is sickening to see these Republican Lites pose themselves as if they are an alternative to Dumbya and his henchmen.

There was a vote to allow Bush to use force as a last resort to disarm Saddam. Big difference. It was obvious to me that Bush would attack if he was given that resolution, so it should have been obvious to any Senator. That was a vote for war. TP
