that has to be a last ditch effort though for Creaf to stay alive, though? I'm surprised it is getting all this press. I don't know, I'm pretty immune to dying companies suing the leader, it happens so often. If thats all this decline is, I will assume its a short term blip. I'm a little more interested in any negative reactions to the new macs, but I haven't heard anything- they look beautiful to me. maybe there is disappointment that no new ipods have been released? But we still have the Thursday event for more products but I doubt much will be annouced there.
