Terrence...can you imagine if Clinton had asked the republican congress to put major billions into Russia? I don't think it would have gone through. With Bush, he just says give me 80 billion for the war and 100 billion for Katrina and 20 billion for this and 800 billion for prescription drugs and they just immediately give it to him. At the same time he's saying cut taxes more and more and more. I'm a fiscal conservative and this just doesn't make any sense to me.
