It still needs some work, which I will try to do tonight. But wanted to get this much of it implemented.

Once you post a chart, you can't currently edit the message without losing the chart unless you rekey the chart tag from scratch.

The syntax is exactly the same as it is on iHub:

[ chart ] charturl [ / chart ]

Without any of the spaces and where "charturl" is the URL of the image you want to display but without the http:// part of it.
