I find the data flow and due diligence I can do on CKG frustrating. I have not been in the habit of phoning the company, but some others have and have posted their findings.

I have held on to these shares for reasons some will not want to hear. Basically only because I have found CC to be very conservative and willing to recommend taking profits or hedging on a regular basis, and therefore since he feels so strongly about CKG.....I am simply trusting his judgement. I am not overweight in PM stocks, but I am certainly overweight CKG in the PM port that I have.

I do have the asset of patience...I have held misjudged stocks in the past that have been later recognized and paid off handsomely...the trick is to jump ship on a stock like that if things start to really turn the wrong way before disaster strikes. I don't see that point here or on the horizon...and certainly cash can buy a lot of time and even allow passage through some imperfections of decisions.

Well I hope you're right as well -- another FGX outcome would be a good one indeed -- without the intervening FGX plunge from the low thirties to 3-buck, of course. RR, as you know, sits on the GLG board and that carries some possible implications for the future.

Personally, I find the pre-US-markets in Asia very interesting -- up big time and US down the tube. I am wondering if there may be some manipulation taking place abroad in China perhaps??? ‘Tis beyond me to figure it out.

:^)

Well as a long term CKG shareholder and beancounter, I do hope RR has learned his lesson, pay the beancounters doing your SEDAR filings more/enough to ensure they don't leave you at a critical time of year...

I am a believer in RR and like the way he pinches pennies on exploration, drilling, etc. to keep expenses down, he operates CKG on a very cost efficient basis and this is most appreciated by we shareholders. That said, RR, please treat your beancounters better!!
