There is lots of evidence to support our premise on time and distance but nothing conclusive since we take for granted the infinity of the dimensions, which is not demonstrable.

I agree it is an assumption. I would not assume quanta in relation to them as TP suggests, nor do I see any argument with his premise. If he has one, let him bring it.

Space or Time could be quantum in nature ... Does any evidence suggest that it is?

Xeno's paradox, which I provided a link for, provides a rationale for quanta in space and time. To avoid the paradox, there must be some amount of space which can no longer be divided in half. ( the series 1/2 + 1/4 + 1/8 .. 1/n*2 is the basis of the paradox, it does not converge to any number).

There are other quantum effects, such as electrons moving apparently instantly from one shell to the next in an atom. I don't think anyone knows why an electron does that, but it strongly suggests a quanta in distance and/or time is involved.
