You mean the fact that Dell remains Intel-only in all VOLUME segments, and only adopted AMD in 4S servers, where Intel's NGA parts don't fit until H207?

Yes it does, and contrary to Doug's assumption/assertion that it was too late for Dell to go AMD now that Dell had seen INTC's new technology.
