Let's see... Japan May Increase National Oil Reserves which comes just a few weeks after China signs a deal with Saudi Arabia to fill their oil reserves. This makes me ask one very important question... What is the major reason that countries are moving to fill or expand their oil reserves? WAR! Not that I want to see this happen but it seems to me that the question is when, not if, does the United States decide to move on Iran. Boy, I hope I am wrong.
