So you don't consider unwillingness to follow established law as corruption? To me it appears that this administration's attitude toward the rule of law is that they will follow when it is convenient to them, and when it is inconvenient they will ignore the law and do as they please. And then when they get caught they yell "we're just trying to protect you from the terrorists". The problem is that they haven't made the case that their path of breaking the law is more effective in protecting us from the terrorists than the path of following the law as written. (you need to get a judge's approval before you wiretap Americans) To me the contempt this administration show for the rule of law when it gets in their way is a very real and insidious form of corruption, as is their attempts to hide their deviations from the public.
