I have heard experiments show ginkco doesn't do anything. Same with Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Haven't heard anything about MSM.

A little known fact is that ginsing has in very small amounts the nerve poison that is also found in the edible pea people eat during periods of famine in norhern Africa. About 15% of the people who eat it are paralyzed.

The pea has a lot of protein and is the only thing to eat.

The UN scientists, I believe have developed a strain without the poison.
